1、 Demand analysis

Some large machines, aerial vehicles, aerial platforms, pylons, cranes, cranes, passing large vehicles and other mechanical equipment will be extremely easy to touch high-voltage lines and cause accidents due to the limited vision of operators and drivers, resulting in machine damage and human death. To this end, Shenzhen Dingxin Intelligent Technology has launched a crane near electric warning device, which can detect and warn the near line distance in real time, helping operators avoid electric shock risk and avoid electric shock.

2、 Working principle

The equipment is divided into two parts. One is the front-end detection device installed on the tower crane arm, and the other is the intelligent early warning system installed in the cockpit. The front-end detection can set a voltage level and distance. When high voltage is detected, the signal conduction alarm terminal will give an alarm immediately to remind the driver to keep a safe distance from the high voltage line and operate carefully.

3、 Functional features

1. After detecting the high-voltage signal, the detection unit sends the signal to the intelligent early warning host through 2.4G wireless;

2. The host starts the host alarm after receiving the signal, and sends out a warning tone of "High voltage danger, keep away" to remind the operator;

3. The installation is simple. The equipment has its own magnet, which is adsorbed on the vehicle wall and can be fixed with iron wire at the same time;
